def.: From the beginning, the word Elysian, from the Greek language meaning blissful and delightful and the abode of the blessed, expressed not only what we desired for our clients, but how we wanted to operate our business on a daily basis. Having been involved in construction for so many years and going through the often arduous task of home building or remodeling, we sought to make the experience more enjoyable for all involved. It is our ultimate goal to minimize the impact of construction on our clients and create a healthy, rewarding and satisfying work environment for our employees.
Over the years the biggest problem that has surfaced again and again, is lack of communication between the client and general contractor, the disappointment of the final product to the clients and discouragement at the ultimate costs, our goal is to eliminate this gap.
From our initial meeting with new clients, our guidance in the selection of architects and direction to the daunting task of obtaining permits, our honest and complete estimates, our continued leg work to obtain the best subcontractor bids (both by quality & price), daily updates on progress, the insistence of a daily cleaned job site, to our attention to detail in the finished product, every aspect has equal importance, and in these aspects we excel.
